What is your processing time?

Current processing time is from 2-9days upon receiving your order.*Depending on amount of orders to be processed

How long will the Delivery Take?

Delivery to USA will take 4-8weeks (depends on your location, seasons etc)                                        Delivery to elsewhere is the same as above. 

Is there express courier service?

Yes! You may add on to choose to ship by Expedited UPS courier shipping. The delivery duration is 2-4days once the mail is shipped out!  *Pls note that it may take a little longer for certain countries like UAE, Sweden etc

*Please note that BubblemonstickerCo is located in Malaysia.

Do you offer Registered mail service?

Yes! I do offer Registered mail service. However, please take a note that registered mail should be signed by the recipient upon arrival and will NOT be delivered to PO Box addresses.

Please do take note that your bubblemon stickers are delivered from Malaysia. 

I received a wrong/defective stickers, what do I do?

I am so sorry for the trouble caused. Please contact me further at any of the contact options above.

I have not received my mail yet (it has been already passed the estimated delivery days you mentioned).
